Do you have skills in public relations, promotion, fundraising, production, or adminstration, which you would like to contribute to the development of our Society? Would you like to help out at our events, in ushering, concessions, artist hospitality, transportation, stage management, venue decoration, or other tasks? Volunteering is a great way to meet like-minded folk and see lots of great shows!
If you support the mandate and activities of Caravan, you can become a Member of our Society. The Membership entitles you to vote at our Annual General Meeting and to elect the Board of Directors. Membership is presently free. As a member, you will receive our regular newsletters and special announcements. You will also be eligible for a draw for event tickets. To join, just phone, mail or email us your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
BECOME A CARAVAN ARTIST HOST
Many visiting artists enjoy the hospitality of home-stays during their tours. Their visits can last from one night to one week. As a host for the artists, you can learn more about their culture and their music (and get free tickets to their concerts!)
BECOME A CARAVAN SPONSOR
Caravan events are publicized throughout the Lower Mainland area, attracting a wide diversity of people to our events. As a sponsor, you can reach these discriminating audiences through our posters, flyers, event programmes, web-site, and a display table or banner at our events. In-kind and cash sponsorships are possible, as well as cross-promotional initiatives.
